What federal law?Hi- we have fought voter ID measures down here in Georgia. I just noticed instruction number 5 on the voter registration form says : "5. VOTER IDENTIFICATION NUMBER. Federal law requires you to provide your full GA Drivers License number or GA State issued ID
My question is- what federal law states you must provide a identification number?
